Cancellations

If a student is unable to attend their lesson for any reason, notice must be given by 9.00am on the day before to allow for the lesson to be rescheduled.

If a student falls ill on the morning of their lesson (as we appreciate children sometimes do), we will accept notice before 8.00am that morning. In this instance, please contact your teacher directly and the lesson will be rescheduled.

Lessons will be forfeited if late or no notice is given.

Payment terms

Accounts are sent out 30 days prior to the commencement of each term.

All fees are to be paid in full by the due date.
